Mairura Omwenga

Chairman, Town and County Planners Association of Kenya

Mairura Omwenga is a trained civil/structural engineer and town planner and lead EIA expert. He holds BSc(civil engineering) and MA(Urban and Regional Planning) both from the University of Nairobi Kenya. He is the Chairman, Town and County Planners Association of Kenya(TCPAK), member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners( ISOCARP, The Hague/Nertherlands) and also international associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute(RTPI/UK). Omwenga is a lecturer at the University of Nairobi/College of Architecture and Engineering and also runs a consultancy firm.
