Raphael Mwito, CFA is the head of business development for Britam’s real estate investment and development business, Britam Properties Limited. He is a trained architect and CFA Charterholder. He has wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of the East African real estate market having traversed the region on work assignments, research, deal sourcing and structuring as well as client advisory business. Raphael previously worked with Mentor Management Limited (MML), the region’s premier development and project management firm as a Development Manager and with STANLIB, as an Investment Manager in charge of the  Property Portfolio.
