Andrey has 15 years of experience in real estate, encompassing real estate investment and development, construction, project management and asset management. Andrey spent several years working in the UK, Russia, France and the Netherlands. Andrey holds Bachelor’s Degree in Construction and Project Management from Moscow State University and Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, UK. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and active participant of national Built Environment working group. Andrey is a regular speaker at RICS events covering such topics as project management under high level of uncertainty and management of abandoned projects from takeover to completion.
