With 28 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Bruce has moved through the ranks and has managed numerous premium establishments, as well as owning his own restaurant and FMCG distribution business.

Bruce completed his Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management at the CPUT Granger Bay Hotel School in Cape Town. He has lived and worked throughout South Africa and also in Botswana.
